The Holy Family With Elizabeth & Saint John The Baptist Baroque Influenced, 19th Century. Some lovely painting here of The Holy Family with attendant Saints of Elizabeth and St John The Baptist. The work is influenced by Rubens and dates to the mid 19th Century. Size- 14 by 12.5 inches approx (360 x 320 mm) including frame, panel 12 by 10.75 inches approx. Medium- Oils on panel. Frame- Later black and gold coloured slip frame, some knocks, offered free with the painting. Condition- Generally decent, we would be happy to hang this as found. Some varnish browning and thinner paint areas visible, some separation in places. Frame abrasion, may benefit from a clean.
