This is an incredible item- an ancient bronze marked religious cross- appears to be a Christian pendant for a cord for the follower of the faith. It has a loophole to its top to suggest this. It is believed to be 15th/16th century, although it could well be 14th century and connected to Knights Templar. I have no doubt it has a fascinating history behind it. Please see all photos clearly for an accurate detailing of its appearance including the marking to the top underneath the loophole on one side. Measures approximately 1.5 wide x 1.8 tall.
