Near oval tear form, 1 1/8 height plus the loop. One side with a seated crowned figure, the other with tall cross with Corpus Christi. Surface with texture from burial obscuring the details. Professionally refurbished with the 24karat gold overlay restored, on a modern gilt Sterling silver. Chain and gift boxed with a certificate of authenticity. A Beautifully Designed Pair of Gothic Style Religious Lanterns. They are in exceptional condition. The lanterns are All Brass. They were Professionally cleaned, hand polished, and a clear finish applied about 20 years ago. I have owned them for this period and they have maintained this brilliant dramatic finish. Price is for the Pair. The lanterns can be displayed by being hung or they have removable holders which allow them to be mounted on poles. I believe they were carried in ceremonies and were referred to as Processional Lanterns. Please examine the pictures as they are part of the description.
