This is part of an Ashkenazi Torah scroll containing Exodus 4:10 through Exodus 9:35. It seems to have originated in central Europe and includes “tagin” or crowns. It is on Vellum and measures 9.75″ (inches) high by 12.75″ (inches) long. This was originally part of a complete Torah scroll. This manuscript contains eight columns.
