Great book for any religious enthusiast or antique collector! Book is over 150 years old! Book is in good shape, especially for its age. Binding is fully intact, no issues. Outside covers have some wear from age, front cover slightly disconnected in small spots (no risk of detaching). Pages have some stains and yellowing, again simply from age. Some writing from previous owner in the cover/first empty page. See pictures and let me know any questions.
