Beautiful crucifix in excellent condition in silver colour in rococo style. In the ends of the crucifix there is red glass wich gives it a little extra sparkling. It is made in Zamak: Zamak (formerly trademarked as ZAMAK and also known as Zamac) is a family of alloys with a base metal of zinc and alloying elements of aluminium, magnesium, and copper. I’ve made a picture with a wine bottle next to it so that you have an idea of the size. The bottle is not included. If you are looking for something real special for your home then you have just found it. It was find on an attic in France. Quick description Amazing old diorama, religious Folk Art circa 1880. Probably made at the end of the 19th century with older elements. Christ is older, very well made, probably 18th century. The Virgin and Mary Magdalene seems to be more of a 19th century work. The whole is presented on painted panels. Good general state of conservation. Dimensions 37cm wide, 34cm high and 7cm deep.
