Antique Italian 19th Century Madonna & Child framed painting. The painting is in VERY GOOD condition with NO evident repairs. The frame does have some dings and will probably need to be restored. It is missing some piece of plaster (the frame). The painting is 38″X58″ approximately. This has been a family piece since the turn of the last century. From what we have gathered from art historians and appraisers, the painting was painted in Italy for the tourist trade in the mid to late 19th century. It is most likely a copy of an old master.
