This is an old 19th Century late 1800s hand painted porcelain plaque Madonna and Baby Christ in a period gold gilt French metal frame with embossed crest from estate. The plaque is 2 1/2″ by 3 1/8″ and frame with crest is 6 3/8″ by 4 1/2″. The plaque is expertly hand painted. I see the back has no easel and a wire was added to hang it on a wall. I see a slight dimple on frames back side that is not worth me noting. You should love condition and beauty.
