This pendant is wonderfully carved mother of pearl depicting Sacred Heart of Jesus in high relief. This round pendant has a pave diamonds and rays of light in channel set sapphires design with 81 (eighty-one) rose cut diamonds and 21 (twenty one) square French Cut natural Sapphire stones all channel set. The front portion of the pendant is set in platinum and the back is 18K yellow gold. It has a french 18k hallmark at the top on the loop or ring. It is in excellent condition with no monogram, all original stones and without damage or faults c. Weight 4.1 grams, Measures 1 1/4″ Inches or 30mm high (tall) with the bail by 3/4″ Inches or 20mm in diameter…. PS: When viewing this lovely turn of the century French hand made religious pendant with all small ROSE CUT Diamonds set it may look like there are stones missing or no stones becasue of the way these very old cut diamonds appear in this pendant like “little windows”..
