An old work we feel dating to the last quarter of the 19th Century. Dark and dirty with repairs and plenty of varnish browning, offered requiring restoration if desired- or simply hang it as found and enjoy the patina of the ages. Size- 20.5 by 14.75 inches approx (520 x 370 mm) including frame, canvas 18 by 12 inches approx. Medium- Oils on canvas. Frame- Antique gold coloured frame, some knocks, offered free with the painting. Condition- Dark and dirty with plenty of varnish browning and old repairs visible.
