This antique late 1800’s silver Italian Sacred Heart Ex Voto is a stunning piece of religious art. It is quite large. Measures 3.4″ wide by 5.25″ long. Has the gold initials in the center. It depicts a sacred heart and the letters GR are for “grace received”. Of course hand made at that era. It would have been an offering to a Saint for a vow made “giving thanks” for “miracles received”. It was handcrafted in Italy and is a must-have for any collector of Christianity memorabilia.
