Just picked yesterday from the Long Beach Antique Flea Market.. Gorgeous, old Antique Gesso/Polychrome Statue of Jesus & possibly Joseph (don’t have enough expertise in this arena- any help would be lovely). I assume age wise, it’s at least 100 years old, maybe even more. Could be 18th C for all I know. If you have knowledge, please contact me. MEASUREMENTS: Measures 8 1/2″ tall by 3″ wide.. CONDITION : In As Found, Antique Condition. As shown with the photos, they are hunks gone- two at the bottom, and one on the head of Joseph? Holy drilled at about theirf waist height… Looks like it was attached to something else? … And lastly, various nicks and rubs throughout the piece but I believe it adds to the charm.
