This watch fob belonged to my maternal grandfather. The religious medal represents the Virgin Mary with floral patterns, lilies and roses, it is made of galvanized gild. The representation is definitely Art Deco so I think this is dated from the 1920s my grandfather died in the early 30s. The medal clasp is stamped Murat; there are many stamps style and this is is definitely from the 20s. This watch fob has a swivel dog clasp and a black ribbon AND very unusual, a miniature mechanical pencil. All is original as well as the box with a satin padding.
