Description of item for sale. This wonderful hand-carved solid oak antique pulpit with a bookrest is from France. We date it to the late 1800’s or early 1900’s. It rotates on its base so it can be positioned to face as the user wants. It is in very good antique condition with no notable damage except for several normal cracks due to shrinkage of the wood as it aged. The photos detail all of the cracks.
