Made in a ceramic tile factory on Santa Ana Street, in Triana, Seville, as can be seen in the signature. It’s already unmounted from the wall it was on, as can be seen in the 2nd photo. It only suffered minor damage in this process as can also be seen in the 2nd photo. The first photo shows the retable before being dismounted.
